Shaimaa Saied |
An American composer and songwriter, born in New York, United States. He received his education at the Manhattan School of Music in New York, then obtained a scholarship to attend the Juilliard School, and began working as a musician at the Radio City Music Hall in New York in 1934 for two years. He also joined the Detroit Symphony Orchestra from 1936 to 1941, then the NBC Orchestra, led by musician Arturo Toscanini from 1942 to 1948. He contributed to creating the scores of The Godfather trilogy, Apocalypse Now (1979), and The Outsiders (1983).
