An Italian actress, born in Turin, Italy. She studied geology at university, then devoted herself to her university major, spending several years between the Alps and the Himalayas, before training in performing arts in both Italy and London. She obtained a master's degree in Physical Theatre from Royal Holloway University in England, and began lecturing at Rose Bruford College in Britain. She made her debut in Berberian Sound Studio (2012), followed by The Duke of Burgundy (2014).
