A Tunisian director, born in Sidi Bouzid. She continued her studies in film directing at the Institute of Arts and Cinema in Tunis and at the University of “La Fémés” in Paris. In 2005, she joined the Faculty of Scriptwriting at the same institute in Paris. She presented her first short film "Me, My Sister and the Thing" and in 2010 the documentary film "The Imams Go to School". "The Hand of the Lawh", won more than ten awards. As for The Slasher of Tunis, it was displayed at the Cannes Festival, and won many international awards. |
