Ronald "Ron" Bass is an American screenwriter and film producer. He is known as Hollywood's "King of Pitches", with a filmography including many Academy Award nominated works. He won the Academy Award for Best Original Screenplay for Rain Man. His most known works include Sleeping With The Enemy, Amelia and When a Man Loves a Woman, in which he also acted, and produced.
