In addition to her memoirs and screenplays, she is famous for the novel "Gentlemen Prefer Blondes" (1925), which was adapted into the 1953 film of the same name, starring Marilyn Monroe, then followed it with the novel "But Gentlemen Marry Brunettes", which was also adapted into a movie in 1955. She died in New York, USA. |
