An American singer and songwriter, born in Baltimore, Maryland, in the United States. She began singing in high school, and later she joined New York University. Between 1964 and 1969, she released several songs. She also participated in singing in a number of films. She performed the song “He Quit Me” written by Warren Zevon Midnight Cowboy (1969), and the song “Am I Blue?” in The Cotton Club (1984). |
