An American threat analyst and hacker of Colombian origin, born in Boston, Massachusetts. He gained media attention due to his breaking into several high-profile computer networks, including those of the New York Times, Yahoo! and Microsoft until he was arrested in 2003. In 2010, he was involved in the WikiLeaks case.
He reported to the federal authorities that the American soldier, Bradley Manning, had leaked hundreds of thousands of sensitive documents belonging to the United States government, which led to her arrest. Some of his credits include We Steal Secrets: The Story of WikiLeaks (2013).
