An American actress, model, and director, born in Rockford, Illinois. She began developing her talent as a writer while she was in high school, where she excelled in the arts and won the Chicago Arts Award. Then she studied graphic design at Montana State University, then moved to California to pursue a career in design, but entered the fashion industry, which led her to appear in several independent films. She made her debut in the TV series Max Headroom (1988). Some of her credits include Bad Channels (1992), Blue Flame (1993) and Me and Will (1999).
