An American actor, born in Croton-on-Hudson, New York, USA, under the name Peter Lawrence Strauss. He received an Emmy Award in 1979 for the TV movie The Jericho Mile. He graduated from Northwestern University in 1969. He was introduced to the theater through the Croton Shakespeare Festival, and later on, went on to appear on Broadway. His notable work includes Masada (1981), The Secret of NIMH (1982), and Nick of Time (1995). |
