He is a TV presenter and actor in Indian films, theater, and television. He was born on June 20, 1972 in Mumbai, India. He taught at the Lee Strasberg Theater Institute in New York City. He is best known for the movie Earth (1998), Wake Up Sid (2009), The Emperor's Club (2002), and Love Nowadays (2009). He was awarded the Filmfare Award for Best Male Debut.
