He gained recognition in the mid-90s from his performances as Earl Uguccione and Alfio Muschio in the show "Mai dire Gol" ("Never Say Goal"). He was chosen in 2005 to serve Comunisti Italiani, which is a post-communist Italian party, in the Consiglio Regionale Lombardo, a small parliament in Lombardy.
