A Turkish actress, born in Denizli, Turkey. Her father was a journalist and photographer. She has two siblings. She moved to Istanbul with her father and grandmother in 1972. She began her education at a high school in Istanbul for girls and moved to Erenköy Girls High School after her parents separated. After high school, she joined Istanbul Municipal Conservatory in 1982. She finished her studies in four years and started her artistic career in 1983. She is known for Eyyvah Eyvah (2010) and Winter Sleep (2014). |
