A Turkish actress, born on June 24, 1964 in Ankara. The Turkish press called her 'The Elizabeth Taylor of Turkey'. She graduated from the National Conservatory in Istanbul and worked for 25 years as a professional ballerina as well as a TV presenter. She debuted in the series Kartallar yüksek uçar (1983). She married the late minister Aydin Güven Gürkan.
