A Turkish screenwriter and director, born on December 1, 1975, in Adana, Turkey. She graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Communication. She then studied at Bilkent University and began her artistic career in 2006 by writing the miniseries Gülpare. Among her most important works in writing are Yabanci (2012), which she also directed, Deniz Yildizi (2009-2015), and Tutsak (2007). She was nominated for an award at the Warsaw International Film Festival in 2012 for the movie Yabanci.
