English actor, born on October 15, 1924 in Pretoria, South Africa. He studied chemical engineering, and had a scholarship to the Academy of Dramatic Art in London. His artistic career began in 1950. He starred in a variety of works, including: Stranger from Venus (1954), Reach for the Sky (1956), and The Gypsy (1958). He died of a heart attack on May 15, 1972 in London.
