French actress and singer, born on May 8, 1988 in Paris. Her father is an Austrian-Catholic and her mother is an Egyptian Jew. At the age of two, she left Paris with her parents, for Aix-en-Provence. When she was 14, she moved to Bali, Indonesia, for a year. Then came back to Paris, studied dancing and singing. Her first major role was in 2008, in Paris 36. In this film, Nora Arnezeder sang Loin de Paname, which was nominated for Best Song at the 82nd Academy Awards. Among her most prominent works are Maniac (2012), and Safe House (2012).
