Two of his stories were adapted into two plays: “Creoles” in 1927 and “Desire" in 1930, which were shown on Broadway. In 1932, his novel, Ride Him, Cowboy, was adapted into a movie of the same name. He is known for Escape to Burma (1955) and Ride Him, Cowboy (1932).
