An American writer, born in Pennsylvania, United States. He attended Muhlenberg College and then obtained a master’s degree from Cornell University. In 1965, he became a high school English teacher in New York State. He is best known for writing the novel The Last Detail in 1970, which was turned into a film of the same name in 1973. In the film field, he worked frequently with the director and producer Harold Becker. |
