French photographer, born on October 16, 1983, Thionville, France. In 2005, he founded the IP3 Press agency in Paris, whose goal was to cover the news of conflicts in the world. He covered many events in France and conflicts and wars around the world. His photos were published in many magazines such as Paris Match, Time and The Wall Street Journal. He won the World Press Award 2012 for his coverage of the Libyan Civil War. He was killed on 22 February 2012, in Homs, Syria.
