A Chinese actress, born in Hong Kong, on May 19, 1939 as Ka Shen Kwan. She received the Golden Globe Award for all her work. Nancy was born to a Chinese father and a European mother, and studied ballet at the Royal Ballet School in London. She got her first film role starring opposite William Holden in The World of Suzie Wong (1960), after which she became one of the top Asian stars in Hollywood, then she returned to China, where she presented several films, and she also directed many commercials before going back to the USA to work on television. Kwan is a spokeswoman for the Asian American Voters Coalition as well.
