An American actor, born in San Francisco, on January 13, 1878. He was a silent film actor, who caught up with the talking cinema. He had worked mostly with Laurel and Hardy. Among his most important works: Our Dare-Devil Chief (1915), Liberty (1929), and Bacon Grabbers (1929). Harry Bernard died on November 4, 1940, in Hollywood, California, USA, from cancer. He was buried in Hollywood Memorial Park in an unmarked tomb for 70 years until his grave was marked in 2010, and the modification included the graves of Laurel and Hardy. |
