Jennifer Jones is an American actress, born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, on March 2, 1919, as Phylis Lee Isley. In 1944, she received an Academy Award and a Golden Globes Award for her role in The Song of Bernadette. She studied acting at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York, and worked as a model and on local radio stations with her husband Robert Walker.
