An American writer and producer, born in New York, USA. He is famous for creating the characters in the movie, The Man From U.N.C.L.E. (1964). He also co-presented the series Have Gun - Will Travel (1957-1963). He was nominated for an Academy Award for his first screenplay. Among his works are The Naked Spur (1953) and Killjoy (1981). He died in Los Angeles, California, USA.
