An American composer, actor, and conductor, who is best known for composing jazz music for The Pink Panther. He won more than 20 Grammy Awards, and an Oscar in 1961 for the music for the song Moon River from the film Breakfast at Tiffany's. He died on June 14, 1994 of pancreatic cancer. |
