She was an American actress, born on August 8, 1923, in California, USA. In 1945, she worked in the cinema and became a star until 1961. She signed a contract with 20th Century Fox, after which she starred opposite Kirk Douglas in The Big Trees, then she joined Warner Bros. She is known for The Big Trees (1952), April in Paris (1952), and There's No Business Like Show Business (1954). She died on August 17, 1973.
