She started her professional career in 2002 by participating in a play on Broadway, and in the following year, she entered the field of television with her participation in Hench at Home, which was a pilot that hadn't been developed into a series. After several years of branching out into the theater, Molly returned to the television in 2008. She participated in an episode of the series Law & Order, and in the same year, she made her film debut in College Road Trip. Molly's following work includes successful films, such as Paranormal Activity 2, and well-known series, such as Royal Pains and Last Man Standing.
