A French director, who is famous for his amazing documentaries. He wrote and directed March of the Penguins (2005), which won the Oscar for Best Documentary Feature in 2005, in which he drew attention to the miracles of nature by observing the march of penguins when they reach the age of mating. The filming team spent two years filming this miracle of nature. His other works include Antarctica: Ice and Sky (2015), The Fox and the Child (2007), and Il était une forêt (2013).
