An Egyptian actor and artistic producer, born on September 15, 1948 in Tanta. He is the founder of the Voice of Love Company. He graduated from the Faculty of Commerce at Cairo University. He met the poet Mamoun Al Shinnawi, and he offered him to establish a CD company. After violent negotiations with his father, who rejected this idea, he agreed to lend him money as his older brother lent him, and he established his company in one of the contracting company’s rooms in 1972 and named it “The Voice of Love.” Mamoun was the technical advisor to the company. It was reported that Mohsen Gaber (Atef's Cousin) owner of “Alam Al Fan” and “Mazzika” channels, worked with him as a distributor before he founded his own company. He participated The Volcano series. He died on April 14, 2018.
