A consultant psychiatrist who graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, Mansoura University in 1988. He obtained a master’s degree in psychiatric and neurological diseases from Cairo University in 1994, and a doctorate in pediatric medical studies from Ain Shams University in 2012. He was the manager of the addiction unit at Rakhawy Hospital since 1998. He is a board member of the Egyptian Society for Group Therapy and the Society for Developmental Psychiatry. He participated in supervising, writing and acting in two series Under Control (2015) and Free Fall (2016). He has many articles on a number of press sites and magazines, and many interviews on television programs.
