Salma El-Sharkawy |
American actress, born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States. In the fourth grade, she developed an interest in theater and acting. She relocated to New York to attend Columbia University's Barnard College of Acting when she was seventeen years old. Before graduating in 2003 and making many appearances in the Minor Latham Playhouse's theatrical performances, she starred in a number of advertisements. She trained at the Actors Center in New York and the Chautauqua Theater Company, in addition to spending a semester at the British American Drama Academy in London. She also participated in many works, such as Grey's Anatomy (2014-2023), Being Flynn (2012), How to Follow Strangers (2013), and Baby, Baby, Baby (2015).
