When he began working at Disney on December 2, 1933, his starting salary was $35 per week, but when he left in 1984, he earned $20,000 per week. He is known for The Three Caballeros (1944) and Fun & Fancy Free (1947). He received the Winsor McCay Award in 1983. He was married to Margaret Seamans, with whom he had 2 children and he stayed with her till he died on February 20, 1985, in Glendale, California, USA, of leukemia. |
