An American voice actor, born in Watonga, Oklahoma, USA, as Clarence Charles Nash. He voiced the character of Donald Duck for 50 years, among many other characters in different movies. When he began working at Disney on December 2, 1933, his starting salary was $35 per week, but when he left in 1984, he earned $20,000 per week. He is known for The Three Caballeros (1944) and Fun & Fancy Free (1947). He received the Winsor McCay Award in 1983. He was married to Margaret Seamans, with whom he had 2 children and he stayed with her till he died on February 20, 1985, in Glendale, California, USA, of leukemia.
