An American fashion designer, born in Monterey Park, in the United States. He studied at Rosemead High School. He later attended Pasadena City College and the Chouinard Art Institute for a year, but he left without receiving a degree. He studied under Eva Roberts, head of the costume design department, and then worked at Paramount Studios as an assistant and designer for Ray Aghayan. He also participated in the comedy program The Carol Burnett Show (1967-1978).
