An American musician and actor of Italian origin, born in Winthrop, Massachusetts, USA. He learned how to play the guitar at an early age. He studied at Middletown High School and graduated in 1968. He became friends with Paul McCartney, a member of the Beatles, and Ringo Starr, the band's drummer. He formed his first band, the Whirlwinds, in 1964. He is known for The Sopranos (1999), Lilyhammer (2012), and The Irishman (2019).
