An American actor, born on August 15, 1925, in Fresno, California, USA, as Kerkor Ohanian. He graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles. Mike Connors received a Golden Globe Award in 1970. He married Mary Lou Willey in 1949 and they had two children, Matthew and Dana.
After he became an actor, his agent Henry Willson gave him the stage name "Touch Connors" based on his basketball nickname. Connors was of Armenian descent, which made the Armenian Americans use him to produce documentaries about the Armenian genocide in Turkey. He is known for Mannix (1967-1975), The Ten Commandments (1956), Swamp Women (1956), and Stagecoach (1966). He died on January 26, 2017, in Tarzana, Los Angeles, California, USA.
