A South Korean singer and dancer, who is the lead vocalist and dancer of the Korean girl group Apink. She was born in Haeundae, Busan, South Korea, and has a younger brother named Jung Min-ki. She attended Kapdo Kindergarten, Shinjae Elementary School, Jaesong Girls' Middle School, and Hyehwa Girls' High School. In 2004, she won first place on the KBS program Happy Day, Enjoyable Day. She wanted to become a vocal coach, but she was allowed to become the main singer of Apink, so she became a singer. Jung speaks in the Busan dialect, which she initially thought would be an obstacle to her singing career, so she tried to speak in the Seoul dialect, but she failed. Her artistic works include the series Reply 1997 (2012), It's Okay, That's Love (2014), This is My Life (2014), and Second to Last Love (2016).
