An Egyptian writer, critic, and director who graduated from the Higher Institute of Cinema in Cairo. He wrote many articles on film criticism. He served as editor-in-chief of Cinema 2000 magazine, which was published in Greece. He also worked for the Egyptian Middle East News...Read more Agency and was its delegate in more than one Arab and foreign country. He served as an assistant director in the movie A Race Against Time (1993). He published a book about actor Nour El Sherif entitled "Nour El Sherif... The Awards Hunter". He died in 2008.
