An Iraqi director and writer, born in Iraqi Kurdistan in 1973 and raised in Iran. His short films, which he directed between 1997 and 2005, were presented at many international festivals, winning numerous awards and receiving critical acclaim. In 2002, Korki contributed to organizing the 1st Erbil Short Film Festival. He is known for The Exam (2021) and Memories Etched in Stone (2014). |
