French director and writer born in 1943 in Paris. He studied decorative arts in more than one specialized school between France and the United States. He is known for his brilliant portrayal of characters through animation techniques. He served as the president of the International Animated Film Agency between 1994-2000 and won many awards, including César and Silver Poznan Goat. He is known for Gideon, The Three Inventors, and The Daughters of Equality. |
