Among his artistic contributions are his appearances in the film Stealing Beauty, directed by Bernardo Bertolucci, the film Thirteen, directed by Catherine Hardwicke, the film Twisted, directed by Philip Kaufman, and the film Traffic, directed by Steven Soderbergh, for which he won a Screen Actors Guild Award in 2001.
