A Canadian writer, director, producer, and actor, born on June 9, 1972 in Port Alberni, British Columbia, Canada. His father was a middle school principal and worked for the Cities Family Guidance Association. In 1994, he moved to Vancouver to train as an actor at the Vancouver Film School. While he was pursuing acting, he worked as a waiter in various restaurants around Vancouver. He began writing and producing films to create work for himself as an actor which eventually led him to directing. His works include Genesis Code (2020) and Night at the Museum: Secret of the Tomb (2014).
