An American actor. He was born in Oskaloosa, Iowa, in the United States, and moved to Omaha, Nebraska. He appeared in more than two hundred and eighty films, most of them in the era of silent cinema. His interest in theater led him to comedic theatrical acting, and he participated in popular vaudeville theatres. Among his works are Show of Shows (1929) and Call of the Prairie (1936). |
