An Argentine Marxist revolutionary, physician, writer, guerrilla leader, diplomat, and military theorist, born in Rosario, Argentina. He was known for his political activity. In 1948 Guevara joined the University of Buenos Aires to study medicine and graduated in 1953.
During his university years, a close friend suggested that they take a trip around Latin America. This trip was an important turning point in Guevara's life where he lived in poverty and injustice, and believed that salvation would only come through revolution. He's known for The Motorcycle Diaries (2004), Che: Part One (2008), and Che: Part Two (2008). He was executed by a Bolivian firing squad on October 9, 1967 in the Bolivian village La Higuera.
