One of the pioneers of the literary movement in Kuwait. He was born in 1946. He is the younger brother of the artist Ibrahim Al-Salal. He worked in the Ministry of Interior Affairs and retired at the rank of brigadier general. He was appointed as an advisor to the governor of the Farwaniya region. He participated in several evenings inside and outside Kuwait, and his patriotic poems were very distinguished. He died on September 4, 2009 in London after a struggle with a terminal illness.
