An Indian actress, born in Muscat, Oman. She studied at an Indian school in Muscat and Salalah in Oman, then moved to Mumbai to complete her high school. She joined MMK College and began her career working as a teacher at the Indian School in Muscat. She was discovered by the Indian actor Salman Khan, who gave her her first film role in the movie Lucky in 2009. She has participated in many films, including Dabangg (2010), Bodyguard (2011), and Sultan (2016). She received many awards for her roles, including the Filmfare Award for Best Actress. |
