A Japanese singer, musician, composer, and actor, born in Yokohama, Japan, to actor Jukichi Uno. Terao graduated from the vocational school Bunka Gakuin. He was a member of a band called The Savage. He participated in many works, as he acted with his father in the movie The Sands of Kurobe (1968), then followed it with the movies Kigeki: Otoko wa aikyo (1970) and The Village (1975).
