A Palestinian actors from the Arabs of 1948, born on May 30, 1945 in Jerusalem. He participated in many theatrical performances in the theaters of Israel, and presented a number of programs and films in Arabic, Hebrew and English. He immigrated with his family to Lebanon after the 1948 war, and then returned again to Acre. Makram studied at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, and when he was 20 years old, he went to London to study theater. He is known for his work in the movies The Syrian Bride (2004), Munich (2005), The Physician (2013), The Cut (2014), and Unlocked (2017).
