British actor, born on May 28, 1975, in Wallasey, Merseyside, England, United Kingdom. He studied English and drama at the University of Manchester. He also studied acting at Bristol Old Vic Theatre School. He married Lara Pulver and has a child. His most famous works include Harry Brown (2009), Homeland (2014), and Code Black (2015-2016).
