Her parents are Marilyn Ziering and Sigi Ziering, a Holocaust survivor.She attended Amherst College in Massachusetts after graduating from Beverly Hills, California, and then went on to Yale University for her doctorate studies in theatrical arts, where she studied under Jacques Derrida, a French and Algerian philosopher. She is known for The Invisible War (2012) and The Hunting Ground (2015). |
