Shaimaa Saied |
An American director, born in Minneapolis, Minnesota the United States. He studied at Cretin High School and was a classmate of actor Peter Graves. He then joined the US Army Air Forces and carried out missions in the Pacific during World War II, before obtaining his degree from the University of Minnesota. He then sought to work in acting after graduation, so he moved to Hollywood and worked in radio.
He became an assistant director for shows such as The Colgate Comedy Hour, and The Dennis Day Show. He directed episodes for TV series, such as The Twilight Zone and Alfred Hitchcock Hour. His first feature film was I'd Rather Be Rich (1964). He died on September 1, 2003.
