German writer and director born on 11 August 1980 in Munich, Germany. He studied cinematography and directing at the Ludwigsburg Film Academy. His directing credits include The Depraved (2011) and Tatort (2017). He was nominated for the White Elephant Award at the Munich International Film Festival for Binny and the Ghost in 2015.
